If English is your second language, you must be able to demonstrate that your competency in written, read and spoken English will meet the standard that will enable you to succeed in your studies.  The Cambridge Theological Federation accepts IELTS scores as proof of your English Language ability; please see the table below to ensure that you know the correct minimum IELTS score required for application to your programme.

Please note that TOEFL results are not acceptable.

Completion of education in an English-speaking country, such as successful completion of an undergraduate degree awarded by a university in the UK or successful completion of “A” Levels may satisfy the English Language Requirement and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
