Membership: A Senior Student from each Federation Institution, together with up to four representatives of the students of each institution and of the independent students.
The purpose of the forum will be:
To discuss matters relating to the life and work of the Federation which are of interest to its members or those they represent. Where appropriate, to raise these issues, through the forum's representatives, at Federation committees, which may in turn ask the Forums to discuss relevant issues.
In order to fulfil this purpose, the forum will:
- Elect a chair in June of each year to serve for the coming academic year, who will convene meetings of the Forum and who will represent the interests of the forum at the Federation Governing Council.
- Elect representatives to the Federation Key Committees who will represent the interests of the forum on those committees (as well as playing a full part in their business).
The Student Forum is represented on the Federation Committees as follows:
Teaching and Learning Committee - 2 representatives
Worship and Community Life Committee - 3 representatives
Communication and Development Committee - 2 representatives
Finance, Resources and Admin Committee - 2 representatives

BTh Management Committee - 2 representatives
CTM Management Committee - 2 representatives
MA Management Committee - 2 representatives
