“Roots down, walls down, bridges out…”
…
describes the ethos and vision of the Cambridge Theological Federation.
 |
Roots down:
Drawing together insights from a wide spectrum of Christian traditions and
both universities in Cambridge, the Federation is a pioneering partnership
where students can live and grow within their own traditions and learn from
others. |
 |
Walls down:
Member institutions share resources to help students grow in their understanding
of mission, ministry and their own spiritual formation in a truly ecumenical
environment. |
 |
Bridges out:
Students study academic and pastoral subjects in order to empower them to serve
God in practical and collaborative ways in a wide variety of lay and ordained
contexts.
